Kettler

It seems cliché to always equate German manufacturing companies with excellent engineering, but Kettler is simply another piece of evidence that shows just how well the Germans value efficient design. Its history traces back 1949 in Ense-Parsit, Germany when it was founded by Heinz Kettler. When Heinz passed away in 2005, the company was passed on to his daughter Karin. Today, Kettler sells its wares to customers in 60 countries, and they also have an office in the US that oversees its North and Central American distribution.

Kettler produces a wide variety of consumer products, with fitness equipment, bicycles, patio and indoor furniture, table tennis equipment, and even various toys. They’ve received various awards through the years, and in fact since 2009 they’ve been awarded 17 times for excellence, innovation, and comfort. Even their ping pong tables have been used in the Olympics.

Their “Logo Fun” desk is a good example of what you need to look for when you’re in need of a children’s desk. It offers a table that measures 47 by 29 inches, and the height of the legs is adjustable from 20 to 31 inches. The tilt of the table surface can also be adjusted so that your child can draw or write more comfortably. The castors run smoothly so it’s no trouble to move the desk from one location to another. Even its design can be customized with interchangeable decorative rings, which are included in your purchase.
